Payda is an Android app for sharing group expenses: who paid what and who owes whom, calculated automatically. The app works fully offline. In short: Payda collects no data from you, and the app itself never sends your data anywhere. Data leaves your phone only when you choose to share a group with other people.
None. Payda has no accounts and does not ask for an e-mail address or phone number. The app contains no ads, analytics or tracking tools. Payda sends no data to us or to anyone else; everything you enter stays on your own device.
Your groups, the names of the people in them, expenses, payments, categories and the change history are stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage. Receipt photos and profile photos you add are stored there too. Nobody, including the developer, can access this data. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
A group is shared only when you start it yourself, in one of two ways:
What is shared is that group's data: member names and profile photos, expenses, payments and change history. Receipt photos are never shared; they stay on the phone where they were added. Everyone you share a group with can see its contents, so share it only with the people in the group.
Adding a photo is optional; without one, the person's initials are shown. Photos are reduced to a small size and shared together with the group as described above. You can add a photo for someone you added by hand; if that person adds their own photo, theirs replaces it. You can remove photos at any time.
The camera is used only to scan another phone's QR code and, if you choose, to photograph a receipt. Photos can also be picked from your gallery through Android's photo picker; Payda only receives the photo you pick. The total on a receipt is read on your phone by a text recognition model built into the app (Google ML Kit). The photo and the recognised text are not sent anywhere.
Backup files and PDF or Excel reports are saved only when you ask, to the location you choose. Where those files are kept and who they are shared with is entirely under your control.
If Android's backup feature is turned on for your phone, the app's data may be included in the device backup in your Google account. That backup is managed by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy; the developer of Payda cannot access it. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.
Camera: for scanning QR codes and, optionally, photographing receipts.
Notifications: for the daily settle-up reminder, sent only when you owe or are owed money. Notifications are generated on your device, and the reminder can be turned off in Settings.
Screen lock (fingerprint, face, PIN): used only if you turn on the app lock. Verification is performed by Android; Payda never accesses your fingerprint or face data.
Because Payda collects no data from any user, it collects none from children.
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Fotoğraf eklemek isteğe bağlıdır; fotoğraf yoksa kişinin baş harfleri gösterilir. Fotoğraflar küçük bir boyuta indirilir ve yukarıda anlatıldığı gibi kasayla birlikte paylaşılır. Elle eklediğin birine fotoğraf koyabilirsin; o kişi kendi fotoğrafını eklerse onunki geçerli olur. Fotoğrafları istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin.
Kamera yalnızca karşı telefonun QR kodunu okumak ve istersen fiş fotoğrafı çekmek için kullanılır. Fotoğraflar Android'in fotoğraf seçicisiyle galeriden de seçilebilir; Payda yalnızca seçtiğin fotoğrafı alır. Fişteki toplam, uygulamanın içinde gelen bir metin tanıma modeliyle (Google ML Kit) telefonunda okunur. Fotoğraf da okunan metin de hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
